Casual Vacancy for a Parent Representative

A casual vacancy has occurred on the school board for an elected Parent Representative.

The Board has decided to fill the vacancy by selection. If 10% or more of eligible voters on the school roll ask the Board, within 28 days of this notice being published, to hold a by-election to fill the vacancy, then a by-election will be held.

Parent Representative Information Evening

The College will be holding Triennial School Board Elections in September 2025, for five Parent Representatives. The Board extends an invitation to whanau and the community to attend Board meetings in Term 2, 19 May and 16 June 2025, which start at 5.30 pm.

This is an opportunity for those thinking about putting their names forward for nomination to see how meetings are run, ask questions and to collect information about becoming a Board Member.  Board meetings are open meetings, but you do not have speaking rights at the meeting.
