Once again we have a wonderful opportunity for those motivated, enthusiastic students who thrive on both physical and mental challenges and who are interested in maybe joining the Army, this experience being aimed at giving them insight into the different career options offered by the Military. Last year, much to the envy of other schools, HC had 4 students gain selection to attend a week ‘in the Army’ at Waiouru Military Camp, during the end of term holidays. These students thoroughly demonstrated deserving selection, gaining exceptional recognition as outstanding leaders and soldiers.

NZ Army Careers Experience is from 7th – 11th July 08.
For this experience, students need to be years 12 or 13. They need to be keen on a career in the NZ Army and fit, as part of the selection process will require them to meet fitness standards. Students will be picked up and returned to Hamilton and are well looked after during their busy week.
